Setting: Heroes!Verse
Prompt: Silly!Kitty Drabble Meme
Eden laid close to the ground in the grove of trees, watching through her binoculars. The girls was having lunch outside with her friends, and their antics made Eden smile. She hardly remembered what it was like to be 13.
In the courtyard below, Kitty and her friends were having a contest - who could balance a spoon on the end of their nose the longest. No matter how many rounds they went, Kitty kept winning. Eden laughed out loud as Kitty even stood up and danced around, the spoon sticking to her nose like it was glued on. Finally it fell when she tried to jump up on a bench, and everyone burst into applause. Kitty bowed, but blushed.
The bell rang, and everyone began to file back inside. Eden felt a pang of guilt knowing Kitty would soon be bagged and tagged like all the other specials. At least Noah would be doing that part... she was just on recon. She folded up her binoculars, stowed them in her bag, and headed back to where Noah was waiting for her.
