"I'll add it to the list." It had taken a bit but she no longer felt bad when she made a reference he didn't understand. She instead saw it as another opportunity for them to do something together. They would be logging a lot of couch time to complete that list, and she didn't mind that, especially considering that sitting might have been all she could manage for the foreseeable future.
"Guess I'll postpone that private performance of Swan Lake I was planning on giving you," she joked, taking a deep breath and deciding that yes, she definitely was too full to eat any more.
"Will you at least let me take a shower? I can sit down if I need to."
